Victims of the Aurora Colorado shooting: some are getting help, some are raising money on their own, and some say they may be wiped four financially.   What is the responsibility of special interests who insist on Americans have access with no limitations to weaponry and ammunition?
What is America’s responsibility to ensure victims who are fighting for their lives, don’t have to fight for their financial futures to cover the medial bills they incurred at no fault of their own.

“”Guns N’ Voters” by Old Fart Rants”

Published on Jul 25, 2012 by

“A federal investigation of Pennsylvania’s voter ID law is underway to see whether the law is constitutional. The state has signed a stipulation acknowledging that there “have been no investigations or prosecutions of voter fraud in Pennsylvania; and they do not have any direct personal knowledge of any such investigations or prosecutions in other states.” Pennsylvania “will not offer any evidence in this action that in-person voter fraud has in fact Occurred in Pennsylvania and elsewhere” or even argue that voter fraud is likely to occur in November 2012 without the voter ID law. Pennsylvania’s proposed law would disqualify somewhere between 750,000 to 1.6 million voters who are legally registered to vote, but do not have a photo ID from the Transportation Department – a problem which is of course, concentrated in urban areas that tend to vote Democratic. And for anyone who doesn’t think voter ID is all about rigging the elections in favor of Republicans, don’t forget – the Republican majority leader of the Pennsylvania House Of Representatives, Mike Turzai let the cat out of the bag when he proudly claimed that the new voter ID law would make sure Mitt Romney wins in Pennsylvania. So this is America today – it’s easier to buy military style weapons and commit mass murder than it is to vote. You can legally buy thousands of rounds of ammunition without any kind of ID whatsoever. Ever since the Tea Party infested the Republican Party, led by people who couldn’t pass a 3rd grade history exam, much less understand or appreciate the environment at the time the Constitution was written, this country has lost it’s mind. And if you think a political party hijacking democracy by rigging elections is what the Founding Fathers had in mind, so have you!”
